Q1  IS THIS HAIR 100% HUMAN HAIR?
A:This hair is 100% human hair . High quality,no shedding, no split, and no tangle. You can tell human hair from synthetic hair by burning and smelling it. Real Human Hair is fulling of natural protein. lt will be ash and white smoke after burning, while synthetic hair will be a sticky ball and black smoke.

Q2  HOW LONG DOES IT LAST AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE HAIR?
A: Wequeen Bundles can last more than 1 year under proper maintenance. Hair can become tangled from dryness, grease and salt water chlorine. Make sure to washand condition your hair twice a week. lt is very important touse shampoos and conditioner or other hair products specialized for bundles, to keep your hair soft and managed, and to let it air dry naturally rather than blow dry.

Q3  CAN I STRAIGHTEN OR CURL IT ?
A: Yes. Please raise the temperature little by little to test it first 320~360°F is recommended, even human hair will be burned if the temperature is too high. To curl, wrap hair around the curling iron and hold for 10 seconds then release.

Q4  CAN I DYE IT ?
A: Yes. The virgin hair can be colored, bleached or styled asyour own hair. (We recommend darker color than to light it. Kindly suggest you take a few hairs to test first.)  lf you need to dye a light color, it is recommended to find a professional stylist, so as not to damage the hair.

Q5  WHAT IS THE SMELL OF THE HAIR?
A: Our hair is no chemical,but it may have slight hair treatments smell on it. The smell will disappear after multiple washes.

Q6  CAN MAKE A FULL HEAD?
A: Each bundle is 100g,usually, 3 bundles are enough for a full head, for length longer than 24 inches,we recommend 4 bundles.
