U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Canada: We ship orders to Canada from Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
UK: We ship orders to England，Northern Ireland and Scotland from Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free Express Shipping
Wequeen provides free international shipping for wigs. Orders over $99 can enjoy fast 3 - 5 business days free shipping.
Processing Time
Most of our orders' processing time is within 2 business days. Processing time of other items, please refer to the custom days on the product page.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL / FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 4 - 7 business days.
The delivery time may float depending on the shipping capacity by this period.
Po.Box & Military Base
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Customs policies vary by region, and all additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If any duties or taxes are applied, Wequeen is not liable for these fees. For more details, please contact your local customs office for information regarding import regulations and charges.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else. Please take a note when you place order if you need this service. Please feel free to look for help via service@wequeen.com
Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
Tracking Number
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
You're allowed to follow up your order through Track My Order.

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
