U.S. – We ship to all 50 states (and Washington D.C.) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Canada – We ship nationwide, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

UK – We ship to England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
🚫 We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free Express Shipping – Orders over $99 enjoy free 3–5 business days express delivery.
- Expedited Express（2-Day Delivery）-shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. (Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday)

Processing Time – Most orders are processed within 2 business days. For custom items, please refer to the product page.

PO Box & Military Base – We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address.

Customs & Taxes – Orders outside the U.S. may incur duties/taxes upon arrival. We usually declare as “Synthetic Hair” with a lower value to minimize costs. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
