Shipping Destinations

• U.S. – We ship to all 50 states (and Washington D.C.) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Canada – We ship nationwide, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• UK – We ship to England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  🚫 We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 Shipping Options

• Free Express Shipping – Orders over $99 enjoy free 3–5 business days express delivery.

• Expedited Express（2-Day Delivery）-shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. (Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday)

• Processing Time – Most orders are processed within 2 business days. For custom items, please refer to the product page.

Important Notes

• PO Box & Military Base – We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address.

• Customs & Taxes – Orders outside the U.S. may incur duties/taxes upon arrival. We usually declare as “Synthetic Hair” with a lower value to minimize costs. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

• Signature for Delivery – Recommended for secure delivery. If you authorize packages to be left unattended, we are not liable for loss.

Multiple Items & Tracking

• Orders with multiple items may ship separately.

• Tracking numbers are emailed within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

 Delivery Time Formula

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: 2 business days (processing) + 3–5 business days (shipping) = 5–7 business days total
